Keeping Your Employer in line

To ALL you out there whose manager knows nothing about managing other than manipulation, discrimination and retaliation. To all those who do a good job, but have their Manager either treat them like crap, or promises things he knows that he won't keep, or just is a plain bully…

Please don't back down… I have a manager like that.

A friend of mine was in grave danger, and when I explained that I had to leave early to shift, well all he could say was "No you have to stay until the end of shift- and if you don't well… you are going to be suspended for a month." I explained that by then it will be too late- he said that it doesn't make a difference.

• Here's the whole story, I work for a government agency, and I can tell you that the organization needs to cut down. I could have had a couple different options to work, but my manger decided what my schedule will be, and what's worse he decided without consulting me, and without giving me the heads up, and since he isn't the sharpest tool in the shed- his way has cut off more than half my regular salary…
  

Well, I can tell you that I have had enough of his "Bullying" tactics, and am going to fight this decision that he can't make until the end. I am going to file a complaint against him- Because being suspended for a month is tantamount to being fired. I lose my benefits, and so on.

I don't think that anyone has stood up to this man today, regardless though, I am going to take this to his superiors, and make him answer for all the mistakes that he has made.

I really don't care if he likes me. All his promises have not been kept until now. I have drawn the line in the sand. I am going to take this as far as I need to. This isn't the early 20^th century, there are laws to protect workers… He doesn't know them, and this is going to be his downfall.

Like I said in my last post- DON'T LET ANYBODY step all over you… Show people you mean business, and then you will earn your respect.

I know that he doesn't follow my blog, but if he sees this, all I can say is – be careful- I am about to feed you your own medicine.
